TICKET TERMS, WAIVER & MEDIA RELEASE

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Haunted Halloween Boat Party Cruise Toronto 2026 (“Event”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms:

Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Failure to arrive before boarding closes, denial of entry for insufficient identification or removal for violating event policies does not qualify the ticket holder for a refund.

If the Event is canceled without a rescheduled date, eligible ticket holders will receive a refund in accordance with the original payment method and applicable law.

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending and participating in the Event, including risks related to transportation, boarding and leaving the vessel, weather, crowds, dancing, food and beverage consumption, water travel and the conduct of other attendees.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Where It’s At Entertainment, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, performers, affiliates, partners, venue operators and vessel owners from claims, damages, losses, costs or expenses arising from your attendance at the Event, except where prohibited by law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Responsibility

You agree to follow all Event rules, security procedures, vessel policies and applicable laws. You are responsible for your conduct and personal belongings throughout the Event.

Photo and Video Release

By attending, you grant Where It’s At Entertainment and its authorized representatives the worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph, film and record your image, likeness, voice and appearance.

You authorize these materials to be edited, reproduced, published and used for promotional, advertising, social media, editorial, commercial and other lawful purposes without compensation, additional notice or approval.

Event Changes

Performers, DJs, entertainment, amenities, schedule, departure time, route and other Event details are subject to change without notice. These changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund unless required by applicable law.

Refusal of Admission or Removal

Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, illegal or in violation of Event or vessel policies. No refund will be issued under these circumstances.

Agreement

By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event, you confirm that you meet the admission requirements and agree to be legally bound by these terms.
